Job Context

Well known about still structure, still building.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, Drawing, Detailing, Project Estimate and costing, BOQ, Production Drawing etc.
• Well known about still structure, still building.
• Making Materials utilization report, Work progress report, Physical inspection report, Quality Control report for clearance the final bill.
• Monitoring the projects and give update the status of works day to day to the Managing Director.
• On-site experience as a Site-Engineer for the construction of still building & structure.
• Prepare design report and project documents
• The candidate should have a clear concept/idea/experience in structural and construction work.
• Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
• The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the site.
• Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
• Any other task assigned by the management.
