Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate all university applications and visa application processes.
• Evaluate documents and advise university placement.
• Ensure compliance with the university’s application and visa application.
• Accelerate the process by supporting application team members.
• Ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure quality of SOP, GTE, recommendation letter, Job letter, and other documents.
• Keep updated all application team members about recent changes.
• Keep close interaction with the Head of application and IRO
• Share required information with the Head of the Dhaka branch, the Sylhet branch, the marketing manager, and others.
• Liable to CEO to report all required activities and Maintain office etiquette.
• Prepare applications for CAS interviews and embassy interviews.
• Prepare Interview resources for the students.
• If needed, you must work as a head of application.

Educational Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree from any university.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Must have work experience of at least three years in foreign education recruitment.
• Must have good knowledge about student entry requirements and compliance issues for different countries.
• Must know universities’ entry requirements.
• Must understand visa application documentation.
• Must have the ability to train students accordingly.
• Must understand local and international markets.
• Must have an excellent command of English.

Salary

• 40K TO 60 K (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
