Job Context

  • বেসরকারী company Barnochata Resot এর জন্য উল্লেখিত পদে কর্মী নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে। সকল প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই সৎ, কর্মঠ, উদ্যমী এবং বাংলাদেশের যে কোন স্থানে কাজ করার মানসিকতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
  • চাকুরীর ধরণ: চুক্তিভিত্তিক (ফুল টাইম)। কর্মদক্ষতা ও কাজের সন্তোষজনক মূল্যায়নের উপর ভিত্তি করে ভবিষ্যতে চাকুরী স্থায়ীকরণের সুযোগ রয়েছে।
  • Must have knowledge of Intercontinental/ Continental, Bangla & Chinese Food
  • Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. You should have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients.
  • Job Location Barnochata Resort ( Zirabo, Asholia , Savar) .

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
  • Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
  • Cook food in a timely manner
  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
  • Inform wait staff about daily specials
  • Ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Supervise Asst. Cooks and assist as needed
  • Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
  • Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
  • Ensure cleanliness with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 25 years
  • Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g., grillers and pasta makers)
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations
  • Culinary school diploma preferred
