Job Responsibilities

  • Take dictation and prepare necessary write-ups and documents as guided by the supervisor.
  • Assist business head in organizing routine activities through secretarial and administrative support.
  • Maintain and update electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the schedule, arrange appointments and co-ordinate meetings within and outside the office.
  • Process conveyance and other bills as assigned.
  • Coordinate the pool vehicle of the business.
  • Draft email communication as per dictation.
  • Communicate urgent and important issues to supervisor.
  • Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably from business discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Executive Assistant, Secretary

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 31 years
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will get preference.
  • Strong written communication skills in English will be preferred.
  • High Social Skills; extra-curricular experience.
