Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Working on International admission application through University Online Portal (unsupervised)
  • Writing SOP, Motivation Letter, Essay, etc. for admission application (Excellent writing skill)
  • An expert user of Google Drive, Cloud drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
  • Email communication with universities and with any stakeholders
  • Knowledge about UK, Canada, Australia Visa & Immigration services & process
  • Basic IT skills, Office administration skills, and knowledge of Banking
  • Payment tracking, client support service, counseling, continuous follow-up with the client and team members
  • Advance Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Be pro-active, efficient, and must be punctual
  • Improve work-flow and coordination of each task
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Daily reporting to Supervisor and Line Manager
  • Any ad-hoc duties provided by the supervisor/line manager

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
