Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient consultations as per own schedule;
• Assessing patients and identifying their challenges;
• Engaging in discussion with patients and making them feel comfortable;
• Implementing individualized treatment programs;
• Organizing a long term counseling plan that involves multiple visits if needed;
• Keeping a detailed account of patient’s mental health history;
• Offering both one-on-one and group sessions;
• Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time;
• Closely work with performance management team to resolve attitude and behavioral Issues of officials in regards to performance;
• Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress in order to provide;
• patients with the best treatment program available;
• Any other relevant task if required.

• Masters in Counseling Psychology

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Counseling, Psychologist

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will add value
• Training in Group Therapy will add value
• Good Diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal language efficiency in both Bengali and English
• Good observational skills and attention to deal
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients
• Highly analytical mindset
