Job Responsibilities

• Prepare market competitive formulations for “Solvent Based Adhesives-Synthetic Rubber, Graft, PU and others” according to customer specifications.
• Modify formulations according to customer and market demand changes.
• Sourcing of right raw materials and machineries
• Develop process for production of adhesives
• Set up laboratory for testing of adhesives raw materials and finished goods
• Work in maintaining and controlling adhesive quality standards.
• Develop and train R&D team
• Assisting in solving product related problems at customer end.
• Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing process
• Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Establish safety procedures for those involved with chemicals
• Develop compliances for adhesive manufacturing.
• Developing FG and RM handling procedure.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Material Science.

• 7 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  3M, H.B fuller, NANPAO, Selic
