    We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform the daily operation smoothlessly
  • Work according to the menu specifications.
  • Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the organisation
  • Control food stock and food cost in his section
  • Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
  • Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
  • Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Restaurant

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working within a high volume fine dining establishment as Commis Chef
  • Females are preferred allowed to apply
  • Demonstrate good knife skills
  • Show interest of flavor and food products
  • Show good practice in working hygienically around food
  • Attention to detail.
  • Possess basic math skills

Salary

  • Tk. 16000 – 23000 (Monthly)
  • Salary is negotiable and will depend on applicants level of expertise and experience
