Currently we are looking for a customer and sales support officer suitably qualified, experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and highly responsible officer Office near Sonpara, Panchrukhi (Narayanganj). The candidate should possess a good physique and have the ability to accept challenging responsibilities, personal qualities of integrity, creativity, good interpersonal and communication skills are desired. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience in managing clients.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
Support management in customer service-related activities, i.e., understand clients need and support accordingly;
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents and file documents;
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies as per different government bodies and BSEZ;
Any related task assigned from the management;
