    Provide our customers with the best-in-class customer service. Provide products information .Taking sales order from the customer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone
  • Initiate sale, process the sale, follow up.
  • Provide after-sales support to gather important feedback from customers.
  • Assist Operations & Management team to run smooth business in daily tasks.
  • Tiasnshi Bangladesh Co.Ltd works with both B2B and B2C clients.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Skills Required: Call Center/Front desk.

  • At least 1 year(s)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
