Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming call and outgoing call with greeting in a professional way.
  • Manage different software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills along with active listening.
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Maintain clients record and follow up system.
  • Resolve customers complaints.
  • Communication with customer for installment collection.
  • Collect necessary information from clients.
  • Able to communication in English with Foreigners visiting the office, or speaking over telephone.
  • Must have smart attitude and be well presentable.
  • Energetic & Dedicate about work.
  • Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla pronunciation.
  • Carry out account’s related job including perpare money receipt, verification of bill, voucher posting& prepare daily & monthly statement prepare any check debit & cradit voucher.
  • Computer knowledge: Email, MS- Excel, MS- Word, Bangla & English typing
  • Assist admin team members or other dept. member for related works.

Educational Requirements

  • M.B.A./B.B.A./Graduation in any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
