Job Responsibilities

• Skilled in customer care service
• Experience in Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, YouTube email etc.
• Customer Service
• Supervise and monitor customer works
• Assist company Director for her daily works and prepare documentation as required & any
• other work assigned by her
• Maintain good relation with customer
• Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
• Co-ordinate with other staffs & Authority.
• Problem solving capacity in all situation
• Have experience to work under pressure.
• Capacity to handle teamwork.
