Customer Relationship Officer (Female)

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer with good verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English. You have to Receive Phone calls, handle clients & have the ability to convince clients over the phone. Computer skill is a plus.
Work days: Saturday – Thursday (Fridays are off).
Work hours: 10am – 8pm.
Job Location: House # 42, Lake Drive Road, Sector # 07, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.

Receiving phone calls from clients.
Communicate with customers via phone regarding products and services.
Receiving online appointments from clients and setup follow-up appointments.
Have to convince clients over the phone to take the services and/or confirm orders.
Provide detailed answers to questions about products, pricings, and details.
Working beyond the office hours periodically.
Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
They should be well mannered, pleasant, professional and good problem solvers as well, Should be self-directed.
Advance Computer knowledge will be Plus
