Job Context

• We are looking for 5 Customer Service Executives for our digital marketing agency. He/she will have to answer incoming & outgoing emails/ support tickets from customers who want to know about his/her order, account, billing & refund queries. The executive needs to answer customer queries, manage complaints and troubleshoot critical service issues. He/ she will have a sense of responsibility and analytical ability and achieve the daily target.
• The primary language of our customers is English.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for this post.
• This job post is for the night shift, scheduled from 11 pm to 6 am.

Job Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound email/ticket handling
• Provide order and service information to customers
• Request & Complaint resolve
• Contact our upper-stream service providers to know details about orders.
• Monitoring & follow up
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Communication, Very good in English writing Speaking

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Customer Service
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Ability to work in night shift
• Both males and females are allowed to apply (Female Preferred )
• Fluent in Bengali & English language
• Writing speed should be good.
• Excellent English writing skill is required.
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Good Communication skill
• Have 1-3 years of experience in customer support
