Job Context

Expert in Customer Services to promote sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Work Closely with Customer to assess and determine eligibility for General Skilled Migration.
• Execute the fee agreement on behalf of Immi Visa to ensure the services.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by answering the enquiries.
• Achieve the service’s goal on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Assist and report to Higher-Level Management.
• Assist & prepare online visa applications.
• Preparation of different applications and advise clients on supporting documents
• Client files management.
• Generate ideas to increase sales.
• Work closely with Marketing Department in various achievements.
• Communicating with various professional associations & Clients.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Meet deadlines and prioritize workload under pressure.
• Other duties must be performed if assigned by Immi Visa.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed University.
• Preferred O’ Level & A’ Level Education.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Experience: Not less than 2 years in the relevant field.
• Good Communication Skills in English.
• Preferred Sound Knowledge about Australian Skilled & Student Visas.
• Minimum Two years of relevant work experience.
• Can work under pressure.
• Willing to learn Australian Migration Procedure

• 3 Months training will be provided on Australia Skilled & Family Migration & Student Visa
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
• Training throughout the employment period
