  • Able to work on a shifting basis
  • Receive inbound/outbound call, email correspondence with customers & suppliers
  • Candidates have to aware of the company’s services/products details
  • Standard Bengali & English-speaking ability with clear vocal
  • Problem solver, curious to learn and result oriented
  • Strong analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Must able to work under pressure
  • Coordination & better communication skill
  • Candidate must able to serve from home in any circumstances
