Job Responsibilities

• The Report Writer will coordinate, develop and support data for new and existing ERP / CRM applications
• Providing reports and report writing through various applications to improve business processes
• Collaborating with team members and clients for the purpose of collecting data building business intelligence dashboards
• Analyzing business requirements/processes and making recommendations to the product team for implementation
• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization Analytics Product.
• Identifying development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
• Duties and Responsibilities
• Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including customer interviews, company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
• Report writing and associated tasks using various tools including Power BI, and SQL.
• Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

• College degree in technology a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Microsoft Power BI or Tableau experience a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL Databases
• Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.
• Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
• Experience in equipment industry is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM a plus.
• Must be personable and comfortable interacting with employees and customers. Ability to multi-task, compartmentalize, and prioritize according to need.
