Job Responsibilities
The Report Writer will coordinate, develop and support data for new and existing ERP / CRM applications
Providing reports and report writing through various applications to improve business processes
Collaborating with team members and clients for the purpose of collecting data building business intelligence dashboards
Analyzing business requirements/processes and making recommendations to the product team for implementation
Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization Analytics Product.
Identifying development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
Duties and Responsibilities
Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including customer interviews, company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
Report writing and associated tasks using various tools including Power BI, and SQL.
Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
College degree in technology a plus.
Additional Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Microsoft Power BI or Tableau experience a plus.
Knowledge of SQL Databases
Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
Strong business analysis skills.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.
Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
Experience in equipment industry is a plus
Experience with ERP systems and CRM a plus.
Must be personable and comfortable interacting with employees and customers. Ability to multi-task, compartmentalize, and prioritize according to need.
