Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
  • Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data
  • recorders, or optical scanners.
  • Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Keep Information confidential.
  • Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, Barcode Printer, Barcode Scanner).
  • Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
  • Completes additional assigned tasks as required by the team leader.

  • HSC
  • Skills Required: Computer Operating, Microsoft Excel, MS Office

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) complete.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM, we must check your typing speed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
