Job Responsibilities

• Distribute Finish goods/ store materials as per requisition of ware house and dealer points.
• Contact with Transport for delivery.
• Sign on all Gate pass & Challah.
• Strong knowledge to write about mushak 6.3
• Able to responsible for all kind of packing material for production.
• Prepare and establish store policy and review within particular time period.
• Receive store materials (Production raw material, packing materials, Accessories, Spare parts, etc) from suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
• Ensure all receive and Distribution of Finish goods/ Store materials are properly documented and released.
• Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly delivery report properly.
• Maintain store ledgers properly
• Follow up buyer wise accessories
• Submit all the stock report to Head Office of Audit dept.
• Contact with Head Office about accessories/products problem & solve issue.
• Conduct Audit department to ensure that all goods to similarity with Stock register and physical stock.
• Others work when company needed.

Educational Requirements

• BA / B.Com or equivalent degree from reputed university

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years
• At least 3 year(s) as a store in charge and delivery.
• Candidate’s residential accommodation must be arranged in the vicinity of the (Sreepur) factory
