Job Context

Job Location: Dhaka / Jashore / Rangpur. Frequent field visit may be undertaken.

Job Responsibilities

• To look after overall security aspects of country-wide company establishments and respond to emergency situations as required
• To analyze the present security structure & suggest management the ways & means for developing of an effective & efficient security management system
• To control and guide Security Supervisors & Security Guards
• To maintain close liaison and avail support of different Law Enforcing agencies as and when necessary.
• To conduct regular fire safety inspections of all the facilities and ensure that they meet all necessary codes and regulations.
• To respond to fire emergencies and arson crimes, investigate and report the causes to authority and take appropriate responsive actions.
• To train the guards and follow-up
• To monitor electronic surveillance / cameras
• To perform any other tasks as & when assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 50 years
• Skills Required: Security
• Only the recently retired Major of Bangladesh Army can apply
