Educational Requirements

• MBA/Master’s Degree in any discipline. Candidates should have minimum 2nd Class/ Division or GPA at least 3.5 out of 5 / CGPA 3 out of 4 at every stage of education.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Having 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field of which at least 3 years must be in a post of higher responsibility.
• Having capability to run the activities of student affairs and career counseling services of a private university efficiently & effectively.
• Having proven record to manage the activities of different Student Clubs/Forums and organize event management in an efficient and effective manner.
• An ideal candidate should have strong network and relationship with the corporate bodies/business houses.
• An ideal candidate should be social and amiable in nature and possess strong negotiating skill and natural ability to convince others.
• S/he should have strong mindset to take new initiatives/challenges and to devise new & innovative ideas for achieving the goal.
• An ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• S/he should be self-driven, self-starter and have ability to work independently.
• S/he should possess professional outlook and capacity to adapt himself/herself with a new environment.
