Job Context
The Incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the Product Development and Corporate Communications to ensure that the Bank is bringing the right products and services to the Bank & commensurate with the demand in the market and as per with the competitors in the Industry.
Deputy Manager- Marketing & Communication will also be responsible for creating the Corporate communication content including Press Releases on behalf of the Bank in order to promote the products and services as well as to uphold the public image of the Bank.
Job Responsibilities
Market survey and demand analysis for the products and services in the Industry.
Planning and Designing new Products & Services and upgrading/rebranding the existing products & services.
Contributing with the Product Development Committee to launch the new products and services as well as to develop the Product Program Guidelines (PPG).
Undertaking the tasks and projects to advertise and promote the Banks products, and services.
Managing the public relation, press and external communications on behalf of the Bank to disseminate the news, facts and information of the Bank.
Preparing the advertisements and communications materials, Marketing and promotional items, designing of leaflets, pamphlets, product brochures etc.
Planning, designing, and arranging the Calendars, Diaries, souvenirs and other corporate gifts, presents and materials for the Bank.
Coordinating the Interviews, Press Conferences, Focusing and Highlighting the Corporate Visits and achievements.
Managing the Social media Platforms, responding to Media queries and coordinating with the press and publications personnel and agencies.
Managing and administering the Bank’s Web-page and Intranet Portal with the assistance and collaboration of the relevant department of the Head Office.
Be able to compose contents on Organization, Products and/or Services as well as Company Profile/s.
Ability to prepare other relevant internal/external messages on behalf of the CEO’s Office.

Educational Requirements
Should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Post-graduation Degree in Marketing/any other Professional Qualification in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
