Green Life Hospital Ltd. a renowned hospital at Dhaka is looking for Deputy Manager (Customer Care) personnel in the following position.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for functioning of the Customer Care Department.
Taking care of the hospitality provided for all the patients visiting OPD, Diagnostics and Admission Counters.
Handles any query, complaint or any other situation that could not be handled by others in the department.
Analyses the complaints received and informs the concerned department and reports to the higher authority.
Participates in the decision making for the Front Office and OPD areas.
Taking care of the logistics issues
Ensuring the doctors comfortable working conditions in coordination with the OPD Patients Services.
Attends the day to day feedback from Indoor Customer Care Executive who collects and analyses the patient satisfaction and take action on the issue wherever required.
Handles any critical issues related to patient/guests feedback as and when required.
Taking care of any of the miscellaneous issues as and when asked by the Management.
Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor/ Masters Degree from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
At least 3-5 year(s) experiences in a renowned hospital as same position.
