Lead the administrative support for HR Events at the Head office premises in order to ensure smooth functions. Ability to deal all high-level confidential information of the company and maintain integrity strictly towards the information.
Arrange medical appointments in home & in abroad as required.
During absences of high official, it is need to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
Ensure guests meeting with the managements are well taken care of properly.
Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the authority by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
Keeping record in proper manner for all kinds of official correspondence.
To prepare all report, presentation and documents as required by the Managements.
Maintain electronic & paper records ensuring information are organized & easily accessible.
Manage and maintain daily diary, email and other social official account.
Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
Preparing papers for meetings, arrange meetings & keep minutes
Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
Provide a service that is in line with the company’s management work habits and preferences.
Reporting to the Chairman’s /MD and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Responsible for providing full secretarial assistance to the management level meeting.
Taking minute of every general meeting as required and report it at day end every day.
