Deputy Manager/ Manager - Business Development (Meghna Asset & Fund Management Limited)

Manage BNICL (Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited) portfolios.
Follow up the operational activities of MCML (Meghna Capital Management Limited), MAML (Meghna Asset Management Limited) & MFML (Meghna Fund Management Limited).
Look after all compliance-related regulatory issues such as BSEC, CDBL, and DSE.
Maintain and prepare all external (BSEC, DSE, Bangladesh Bank) and internal reports.
Maintain the Petty cash of MCML, MAML, and MFML.
Prepare the investment plan and analysis.
Prepare the business strategy, budgeting, and financial projection and ensure IPO-related activities.
Follow up of BSEC and CDBL bill & annual fees.
