Job Responsibilities

• Assist the management in formulating recovery policies and operational procedure:
• To make group tour and seize program as per situation demand for default customers.
• The given target distributed to the respective MO/SMO/ARM/DRM/RM and monitors them time to time.
• To find the irregularities, default loan and physically pressurizing to the individual customers & staffs to expedite the payment.
• Maintain effective relationship with all sales &marketing personnel.
• Maintain appropriate record management process for all collection documents & field report.
• Follow up collection target & report actual collection to all concerns HOD F&A Regional In charge.
• Maintain effective relationship with all sales &marketing personnel.
• Ensure & Monitor the reconciliation of money receipts.
• Any other responsibility delegated by the Management.

Job Qualification

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Any Dicipline
