Job Responsibilities

• Handling showrooms admin & operational activities all over Bangladesh.
• Legal activities with Franchise Showroom.
• Preparing sales report as per requirements.
• Provide full back office support to area mangers and showroom team members
• Maintain Display and Merchandising in showroom as per Brand requirement
• Monitoring dealer operations as per company guideline
• Ensuring effective communication and co-ordination with the employee working in Time Zones
• Manpower managing/Swapping according to policy
• Exploring opportunities for new Showrooms and taking initiative to make the new showrooms workable
• Help supply chain in purchase & distribution of stationary/Light and any type of equipment for existing and new Showroom.
• Communicating and coordinating with the Store, Sales & Marketing Department to execute the promotional programs for Showroom.
• Ensure proper Gardening/Lighting/Decoration etc. as per company standard
• Liaison with shop owner association and market management committee
• Handling labor department matters including renewal license
• Legal matters- Invoice filing, vat return filing, Income tax certificate, update trade License of every Show room.
• Follow up- land tax, city corporation tax etc. of showrooms

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Outlet management, Showroom operations
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge in excel
• Knowledge of showroom/outlet based managerial experience shall be preferred.
• Superior inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership quality to manage a big team of 250 workforces.
• Very strong approach to Systems and processes.
• Superior commercial judgement.
