Monitor and Evaluate all the interventions for effectiveness and align with ROI.
Frame competency based training design, develop and implement.
Ensure Organization health through innovative program design/interventions and foster desired culture of growth, collaboration and innovation.
Asses deviations and areas for improvement and report to management and individual participants.
Structure online learning platform, develop content and deliver.
Conduct soft skills and technology focused training.
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
