Job Responsibilities

  • Development framework tools and templates to improve efficiency of learning & development activities in general.
  • Conduct proper TNA and structure it into IDP (Individual Development Plan).
  • Monitor and Evaluate all the interventions for effectiveness and align with ROI.
  • Frame competency based training design, develop and implement.
  • Ensure Organization health through innovative program design/interventions and foster desired culture of growth, collaboration and innovation.
  • Asses deviations and areas for improvement and report to management and individual participants.
  • Structure online learning platform, develop content and deliver.
  • Conduct soft skills and technology focused training.
  • Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

  • BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
  • Skills Required: developing training material, Training & Development, Training need analysis

Experience Requirements

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Advance Excel, Health and Safety, Online Learning Management, TNA, TOT (Training of Teachers), Training Development and Delivery
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile, Training Institutes

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Effective communication, Coordination & Presentation skill.
  • Sound in Operating Software (PPT & Graphic Design is preferable)
  • Coaching skill & pleasant personality.
  • Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Energetic, proactive, emotional intelligence and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • The applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in the same position.
