Job Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws, COC of different buyer’s and the organizations own code of conduct.
  • Accountable for building up a high standard working environment throughout the facility, mobilizing the Human as Capital, enhancing employee job satisfaction.
  • Responsible for managing HR operations for the factories in the complex that includes recruitment and selection, controlling man machine ratio, staffing, improving employee engagement.
  • Responsible for Establishing and maintaining the factory’s administrative level in such a height that gives a lofty standard in its class among all similar industry.
  • Duties and responsibilities include formulating strategic administrative policies and planning in line with future business expansion as well as achieving the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining excellent Quality Management System, all kinds of Security Compliance Standards, Social, Technical and Environmental compliance standards and also ACCORD/Alliances’ requirements.
  • To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • PGDHRM from BIM will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 38 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Candidate should have been positioned as AGM- HR, Admin & Compliance at least 3 (Three) years.
  • A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
  • The applicant should have sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety and security rules and regulations.
