Job Responsibilities
Create a digital marketing strategy and implementation plan
Hire and manage agencies or freelancers for the digital marketing needs
Review and analyze performance reports of all digital marketing efforts on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis and create the following action plans
Identifying and implementing necessary marketing tools and resources
Plan, develop and execute country-wide digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy, and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables. Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, and events.
SEO, Email, and Brand Marketing:
Implement and improve organic SEO, Google PPC campaign
Design, build and implement modern Email, and SMS campaigns using content marketing funnels.
Design and Implement event planning, and event organizing for branding
Content Marketing:
Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
Produce high-quality content by collaborating with designers, developers, and writers.
Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met.
Regularly deliver engaging content.
Edit, proofread, and improve the content.
Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Managing a content marketing budget.
Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
Analyzing web traffic metrics.
Ensure a strong web presence on various channels.
Social Media Marketing:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

Certified Digital Marketer is preferred

Additional Requirements
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the marketing domain, preferably in advertising or digital marketing agencies,
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience to run digital marketing campaigns
Managerial experience in leading sales and/or marketing teams.
Ability to work remotely (or offshore) with minimum supervision
Keen to learn new technologies, tools, and resources.
Candidates must be creative and have innovative ideas.
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment, preferably with western cultures
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications.
Proven experience in B2C/B2B lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
Experience in collaborating with marketing team members to identify opportunities to increase lead performance and database performance.
Have practical experience in driving end-to-end direct marketing execution and results in analysis.
Well-organized and efficient team management skills require delegating clear job direction, providing effective task workflow, building reporting process, implementing a timely feedback process, and ensuring overall accountability to meet targets.
Must be target-driven to meet the company’s goals.
Strong communication skills to facilitate marketing automation tactics/strategies and work with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation.
Ability to use Office applications (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

Vcita, Calendy (For Call scheduling),
Instapage (For landing page and sales page build-up),
