Job Responsibilities

• Uses AUTO CAD to develop engineering projects information.
• Conceives, designs, plans and constructs computer models for new or modified structures.
• Works closely with Project Managers to set-up and manage contract drawings.
• Create and/ or modify base drawings, which may be used in a variety of presentation documents.
• Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.
• Sketches rough layout of structure and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages, and all other pertinent variables.
• Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings.
• Drafts detailed multi view drawings of required project specifics.
• Interprets customer requirements and offer solutions that maximize profitability and add Performs project support tasks to ensure project delivery on time, on budget and in scope.
• Preparation of Authority drawings.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Fully Knowledge and Skill in Auto CAD 2D and 3D, Sketch up
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Have knowledge about interior design and concept design
• Good Knowledge Architectural Drawings, Structural Drawing, Section & Elevation
• Experience of processing clearance from different authorities will be added advantage.
