Job Context

This role is solely responsible for collection, verification, validation, evaluation of loan proposals. The role will also be responsible for managing portfolios and reviewing customers/enterprises and judging worthiness of borrowing capability. The role will be responsible for disbursing loans and ensuring regular collection of loan EMIs. Additionally, the role will have to maintain proper documentation and reporting on all levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly target of loan disbursement and collection.
• Maintain portfolio quality.
• Manage existing portfolio of A/Cs Mapped.
• Prepare loan proposal and collect necessary documents of the individual/enterprise.
• Maintain and update office files and register.
• Solely responsible for ensuring installment transfer of the accounts being directly dealt with.
• Regular reporting of activities to the concerned management.
• Provide region/RSM/AM/TL wise target reports and follow up on achievement status on a regular basis.
• Provide on demand reports for all loan related data.
• Collect, verify, process, maintain and update loan applications of individuals and various enterprises
