Project summary: Shobai Miley Shikhi (Everyone Learns Together) Activity is a 5-year program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Shobai Miley Shikhi focuses on supporting the Government of Bangladesh in achieving the goal of full enrollment and quality education for all its children, including those with disabilities. Shobai Miley Shikhi will support the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) teacher training of approximately 35,000 teachers in Khulna and Kurigram for a planned duration of 30 months.
Master’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, or any relevant field with minimum one (1) years of program operations experience or bachelor’s in Management, Business, or Finance, or a related field with minimum three (3) years of program operations experience
Work experience with USAID and US Government regulations is preferred. Relevant experience, such as working on programs sponsored by international donors (the World Bank, the UN, the ADB etc.), will be valuable
Demonstrated experience in reporting, monitoring & evaluation, and closeout of field program.
Extensive experience working with counterparts at various levels of government including educational administration
