ORAANGE FOOD(COCOMAYA) is looking for Supply Chain Executive for E-commerce who has a minimum of 02 year of experience in managing an E-commerce business
Job Responsibilities
Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, price negotiations, preparing comparative statement, negotiating with actual vendors and placing the order through the authority’s approval.
Sourcing of capable suppliers ensuring effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation and obtain management approval of each procurement.
Responsible for sourcing, negotiation, comparative statement approval, ordering, delivering, follow-up.
Purchase of products at the most competitive price which minimize the cost of company ensuring higher quality standard.
Strategy development, planning, execute, coordinate, monitor and manage of supply chain (Procurement, Store & Distribution) for local and foreign procurement.
Prioritize requisitions based on operational urgency and process for procurement accordingly.
Sourcing Product and Supplier locally and globally, exploring market and vendor development.
Record keeping of all procurement-related data and analyze those data to make useful reports to aid in decision making by related personals.
Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided; processing payments and invoices.
Liaison with finance & accounts for the payment management of multiple local vendors.
Contribute in company’s cost savings by ensuring efficient procurement.
Monitor deliveries against the orders.
Track the status of purchase orders.
Receive and check the invoice.
Candidate must have the mindset to visit markets & suppliers’ establishment.
Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concerned department.

Postgraduate/ Graduates in any discipline with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain/ procurement/ local purchase of general items.

Computer literacy must. Computer skills in MS-Office, Excel and ERP software.
Able to work under pressure.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Bangla.
Must be energetic, sincere, and strict to principle.
