Job Responsibilities

• Candidates meeting the following criteria are requested to send their applications with CV: Experience to work as an Australian Education Consultant.
• Must be passionate about sales and committed to meeting the sales target (KPI).
• Excellence in solving problems, great customer experience, and love for helping customers.
• Ability to get the job done from individual and team (take ownership of the position).
• Must have knowledge of Australian Education Institutions Entry Requirements (English, Academic, courses & providers as well as latest regulations).
• Counselling clients proactively for their foreign education and migration processing, so that they can make an informed decision.
• The counsellor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly
• Confirming that all the information provided to the client is accurate and up to date
• Guiding the students regarding their career decisions and helping them understand their potential and providing help to pursue their goals
• Helping the students understand their skill sets and providing them with ways to utilize them
• Providing information about the various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirements
• Advising the students on their problems and helping them to resolve them
• To create and maintain an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization
• To cope with the day-to-day and long-term business goals of the organization

Educational Requirements

• A bachelor degree / Master’s degree in any discipline from UGC Approved Public or Private University.
• Training/certificate PIER, QEAC certified applicants will get priority

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good communicator, strong sales skills with a proven track record.
• Experience is mandatory as an Australian Education counsellor.
• Good skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Emailing, CRM.
