Job Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to the students who are seeking international study options
• Greeting with clients in person and over phone
• Students counseling, Follow up calls & emails
• Maintaining good communication with clients and build a strong relation with client.
• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records
• Carryout the marketing promotions both off line and online.
• SOP writing Instruction
• CAS/ Visa Interview preparation
• Attending the seminars education expo other events conducted by the company.
• Facebook Live, Video Content for Promotion
• Perform any task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Experience in student counseling of UK / Canada/Australia will get preference.
• Must have good communication skills over English language
• English Medium students & IELTS scored will get preference
• Must have an ability to work as a team
• Must have an ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude to work under pressure
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills & team management.
• Strong communication skill in English and Bengali is mandatory.
• Good skill in MS word, MS Excel, Emailing.
