Job Context

• We are one of the leading local Infrastructure development and Construction companies doing mega/semi-mega and different types of construction projects located in different areas of Bangladesh.
• We are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer for one of the running projects in Khulna.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs and/or assists in the installation, testing, checkout of new substation apparatus equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, load tap changers, station batteries and chargers, capacitor banks, circuit switchers, motor operators, and associated equipment.
• Complete the electrical plan of a two-level residence with all the details, electrical installations of light fixtures, outlets, calculations, and electrical diagrams and panels for each level, plan in DWG AutoCAD format. Must be prepared the working drawings from BOQ.
• Lead the development of single-line diagrams, layout drawings, raceway systems, grounding systems, station service and BOMs for substation design packages
• Perform technical, cost savings, and constructability reviews of design packages from internal engineering, outsourced sub-contractor engineering and equipment factories.
• Understand faults, troubles, and respondses with preventive and corrective actions/maintenance for electrical equipment.
• Instrument maintenance & repair like PI, TT, TI, DPT, DPS, PS, Level switch, radar type level transmitter, Thermocouple, PT, Level indicator, limit switch, solenoid valve, etc.
• All electrical drawing Study, analysis & communication with the designer to get approval.
• Preparation of the red line electrical and instrumentation drawing.
• All types of panel drawing check and support the commissioning team for the commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Ensure work at the site is carried out according to the design and provide a daily work progress report to the reporting manager.

• Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
• Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Drafting, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Electrical Substation

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Electrical Substation
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Engineering Firms, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 31 to 45 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Must have experience in Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting for electrical equipment and ensure smooth operation of Switchyard and switchgear equipment.
• Must have experience supervising building wiring, cable pooling & termination, and signal checking.
• Must have experience working in HV/MV/LV systems PFI, LT, HT, transformer, VCB, ACB, SF6, All types of panel elc.
• Should have experience in PLC & SCADA, CCTV, PABX, PA system installation, troubleshooting & maintenance.
• Requirements and Skills:
• Proven expertise as an electrical engineer.
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
