Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • To make all necessary arrangements for holding and conducting examinations;
  • To prepare and announce in advance the calendar of examinations;
  • To receive and deal all the applications relating to examinations and carry on all correspondence connected with such examination and issue necessary documents (Admit Card and others) as admissible under the regulations;
  • To ensure proper seating arrangement for conducting smooth examination.
  • Be responsible for getting the question papers set in time, and their safe custody and secrecy of the contents at all stages;
  • Proper distribution of question papers and examination materials to all Examination Halls in time;
  • Collection of all answer scripts, surplus examination materials, reports and other documents from all Examination Halls;
  • Carry on all correspondence to ensure proper invigilating of the Examination Halls.
  • Holding of the examiners’ meetings, distribution of answer scripts to them and collection of the marked answer scripts from all examiners;
  • Publication of results of the examinations in time;
  • Take step in consultation with Education department to issue of certificates to the successful candidates in time;
  • Report to the Chairman and competent authority of the Institute regarding any malpractice connected with matters of examinations;
  • Keeping records of official documents;
  • Ensuring compliance with the rule & regulations of the Institute;
  • Any assignment as and when given by the authority. Any other work or responsibilities as and when required as per instruction of the higher Authorities;

Educational Requirements

  • Masters or 4 Years Graduation.
  • Skills Required: Education management, Examination Controller, Professional Education Management, Training management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Communication skill in English and Bangla., Computer skill

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 50 years
  • Manage all aspects of examinations and assessments, provide accurate and timely information on examination and assessment regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Chartered Secretary.
