Job Context

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 05 years of proven experience in Administration duties as a Personal Assistant/Secretary/Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Highly skilled in all types of letter drafting in both Bengali & English.
  • Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Contact all stakeholders/communications through email, phone calls, and other mediums.
  • Create write-up and content for company business documents, website, and social media.
  • Interdepartmental and external communication with all units associated with Corporate Office.
  • Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues.
  • Following-up actions on pending important issues.
  • Notifying the concern department of upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
  • Arranging protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities.
  • Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
  • Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by the concern department.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts,Finance
  • English Medium background / Honors & Master’s in English will be given high preference.
  • IELTS certification is also preferred. (score 7-8 in band of 9)
  • North South University,University of Dhaka,BRAC University students will get preference

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounting and Finance, Good writing skills, Microsoft Excel, multinational company, NGO, Personal Secratary

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • Excellent command over English both in Speaking and Writing.
  • Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office (mostly Word & Excel), Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
  • Should have working experience of performing all kinds of secretarial works.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality/privacy at Group of Company.
  • Should have cross-functional working skills
