Ensure SWOT Analysis of the market competitions as against Twelve
Ensure Investment analysis of outlet – self versus competitors
Ensure Breakeven analysis of upcoming projects
Coordinate with finance department in find of new projects
Coordinate with HR for new projects recruitment
Coordinate with supply chain for layout, design, interior and other outlet materials and accessories
Coordinate with marketing department for timely branding of new projects
Coordinate with other related departments for regulating issues and utilities of the outlet
Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and products – or new ways of reaching existing markets
Maintain positive interactions and relationships with Sales team to evaluate sales strategy and results
Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond efficiently to meet these
Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
work strategically – carrying out necessary planning and budgeting in order to implement operational changes
