Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time.
  • Providing highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
  • Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice & appropriately greet all the calls.
  • Identify the needs of Customer and share our product information.
  • Ensure to follow the service script provided by the company for uniformity.(Our Project information)
  • Maintain note of the conversations with the Customer and analyze the data.
  • Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and service queries.
  • Any other relevant tasks given by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any reputed Institution

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • 2-3 years on Real estate sector.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over both Bangla & English language.
  • Computer skill.
