Job Context

We are looking for goal driven personalities who are smart enough to handle our client and their queries and grievances as well as push themselves an extra mile to sell the products and values to the respected client.

Job Responsibilities

• Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media’ s
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand clients requirements
• Enter and update client information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales

Educational Requirements

• Any background but must have experience in Visa Counseling.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 24 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Counseling for student visa, visit visa and other types of visas.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Immigration, Student counseling.
• Proven experience as sales /foreign education counseling.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• MBA Graduate from any reputed university.
• Candidate must have solid understanding of technology/digital products
• Candidate must be handy in terms of using computer
• We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve clients and get problems sorted out managing multiple issues at a time.

Salary

Tk. 15000 – 25000 (Monthly)
