Job Context

• ASIA COATINGS (PVT) Ltd. A fully owned subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC which is a multinational wood coating and paint company headquartered in Thalawathugoda, Sri Lanka. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution wood coatings and products related to the retail and industrial sectors. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located at Birulia, Savar. Currently we are in need of an Executive- Credit Control department
• Job Location: Birulia, Savar

Job Responsibilities

• Follow-up on collection/Recovery
• Check credit recovery of customers on daily basis
• Handling debtors and preparing reports on a regular basis
• Visit customers physically as and when required.
• Monitor & coordinate the sales team for credit collection and maintaining customer files
• Reduce overdue and solve the problems regarding recovery.
• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone or personal visits to solicit payment.
• Reinforce action against overdue customers and ensure recovery from those customers with a proper planning.
• Monitor Daily and monthly outstanding report.
• Ensuring credit collection policies, procedures are met with customers.
• Maintain relationship with clients and others stakeholders.
• Systematically and aggressively follow-up current non-performing and unsatisfactory accounts in order to reduce exposure
• Initiating legal or other recovery actions against customer who are delinquent
• Preparing reports in the software to understand the debtor position and present to management

• Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 18 years
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Credit Recovery/Credit Evaluation
• Good knowledge in stock counting
• Experience handling court hearing & lawyers
• Advance knowledge on Excel.
• Good communication skill both verbal & written.
• Should know riding bike (License is must)
• Experience working in paint industry will be preferred.
• Has to be smart, energetic and ready to take any challenge
• Willingness & capability of extensive field visit is required
