Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer’s orders in system.
• Ensure the highest level of Customer service, establish professional & proactive communication with customers.
• Ensure timely production & in case of delay establish mitigation plans together with all order related internal and External concerns.
• Establish a production strategy to ensure business continuity.
• Send summary PI to customer & follow up LC / TT/ FDD.
• Follow up for payment and arrange delivery on time.
• Follow up with Supply Chain team regarding Raw material.
• Preserved all document and file of Assigned brands.
• Complete report for assigned brand’s order status.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 02-03 years’ experience in RMG, Garments Accessories industry in the areas of Customer Support with good presentation & communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop and maintain strong relationship with Customers.
• Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Drafting
• Able to work under pressure
• Goal Oriented & Self Motivated
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (Both oral and written)
