Job Context

    The US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the largest private airline in the country will hire some self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic people to work as “Executive” in its Customer Service Department in different stations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Check-In & Boarding
  • Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair, and any other special needs of passengers.
  • Ensure excellent customer services are extended to the customer
  • Taking care of the disabled passengers
  • Mishandling baggage issues to be monitored
  • Handing customers depending on the situation
  • Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Candidate with English medium (‘O’ level & ‘A’ level) background or foreign degree will get preference.
  • Skills Required: ability to work as a team, Excellent communication, Strong interpersonal skill, Time Management

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Height: Male 5.6″ & Female 5.2″
  • Should have good computer operating knowledge.
  • Good communication skills
  • Should have the habit to work under pressure.
  • Work in a team
  • Working experience in any airline in Customer Service/Ground Service/Airport Service will be preferred

Salary

  • Joining Salary will be maximum up to TK. 35,000/-(Thirty Five Thousand Only) Salary Review: After confirmation of service on completion of 06 (Six) months`
