Job Context

Data analyst position has been designed to the company to minimize the risk free assessment as well as implementing day to day operation it helps to increase portfolio, it creates a wave of estimate to the clients and also it makes sure funding to the people/projects on right time and keeps the stakeholders aware to be designed investment.

Job Responsibilities

• Day to day reporting to the supervisor about tasks assigned over.
• Have the basic knowledge running accounting ERP software and reporting day to day operations.
• Regular posting data/information to the software and keep them tracking to minimize error and maximize output.
• Route the current and previous pending invoices and prepare the spreadsheet on weekly base.
• Prepare the monthly evaluation invoice statement and report regularly to the stakeholders
• Prepare the invoice pre-projection statement and reporting to the stakeholders.
• Keep attention to detail in elaborate and with proper evaluation.
• Provide management and stakeholders with regular updates on processing status, issues and deliverable dates.
