Monarch Mart Ltd. is looking for some energetic executives for the Digital Communication Department under the Customer Experience Division.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain customer queries in different channels (Facebook, Live Chat, Email)
Provide customer support through online communication
Maintain all social media platforms
Maintain customer relationships by providing information and proper guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
Communicating with clients over the phone while necessary
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid and creative writing skills (Both in Bengali and English)
Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
Taking customer feedback.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Willing to work in any shifts (Roster Basis).
