Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer service over phone
• Telemarketing
• Develop Digital Marketing Strategy
• Analyze segment/area wise sales trend and develop promotional strategy
• Employee performance monitoring
• Prepare product / customer / market /department -wise target vs actual report

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management, Digital Marketing, telesales

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry, telesales
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years
• Only females are allowed to apply
• Working Experience in digital marketing , social network , data analysis , Business development , market survey , and customer services will get extra preference
• Above average intelligence
