Job Responsibilities

• Regular customer visits to install high and sophisticate scientific/ laboratory instruments
• Inform latest technology developed by principal companies and conduct scientific presentations.
• Installation, service, qualification & validation of scientific/ laboratory instruments.
• Regular field visit to resolve customer complain and conducting with principles.
• Email correspondence & daily reply (Quote) to requested quotation
• Keep close relationship with clients such as R & D Labs, Pharma professionals, food industries, researchers & University Professors.
• Provide application, installation & service to customer site.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics
