Job Responsibilities

• -Take over the shift from previous shift In-charge.
• -Ensure that all lab test report (Shrinkage, spirality, fastness etc.) are recorded in batch monitoring daily.
• -Formulate a standard recipe for the finishing chemicals as required
• -Prepare daily program of machine according to the urgently of work order.
• -Monitor man, machine & materials are properly used
• -Minimize the rejection of fabric
• -Setup the machine parameters according to the requirement.
• -Plan for machine servicing with maintenance department.
• -Carryout any other job assigned by the management.
